I discovered this book at my library after I got tired of over paying for trainers at the gym, loved it, bought my kindle copy so I can easily take it on the road. This book contains everything you need to put together your own customized strength and cardio fitness plan. I highly recommend it for anyone at the beginner or intermediate level. It covers advance level, but I haven't gotten there yet.
Black and white and elementary. Literally feels like a 60’s workout guide to basic weightlifting. If you have never been to the gym and don’t own a computer this book is great for you!
Common sense information, waste of money buying this.

This is a good book for people LOOKING to join a fitness club. Lots of good points on the pros and cons of what clubs offer. Most of the actual fitness work is very good and common sense...which means I learned a lot. I didn't give it 5 stars because it did not re-invent the wheel.
